Having talked over your goals in your complimentary consultation, your personal trainer will have developed a plan to help you reach these in a realistic and achievable time-frame, starting from the very first session. Book individual sessions or save more money and pledge to a stronger commitment levels by subscribing to a monthly session package.
One to One coaching
Monthly subscription packages are for clients who are serious about getting fit and healthy and STAYING fit and healthy. Fitness is not a quick fix, its for life. Our goal is not to just help you achieve life changing results but also to educate you along the way, making it lifetime sustainable!
We have some great packages. All packages are pre pay. If you have a busy schedule we can book well in advance to cement your slots.

- Pay and Go per session – £35
- 1 session a week – Monthly – £120 save £20
- 2 sessions a week – Monthly – £220 save £60
- 3 sessions a week – Monthly – £300 save £120 (£25 per session)
- 4+ sessions a week packages can be discussed during consultation process
All packages come with the following:
- Nutritional plan and supplement support throughout
- Fitness and body statistic assessments with fortnightly “check ins” & feedback
- Set physical activity targets(step count) to adhere to outside of the sessions
- Access to private wats app client group chat
- The opportunity to live a healthier, manageable life.
- Tone and reshape your body by achieving maximum amounts of fat loss
- 1-2-1 coaching and education in a private personal training studio
- 24/7 direction, support and accountability throughout your journey

Couples Personal Training
Do you train better with a partner? Now you can train with your gym buddy using our couples personal training! You”ll both work with a personal trainer of your choice after having discussed your goals during your consultation, reach your goals together!
- Pay and Go – Per session – £45
- 1 session a week – Monthly £170 save £10
- 2 sessions a week – Monthly £320 save £40 (£20 each per person)
- 3 sessions a week – Monthly £480 save £60
- 4+ sessions a week packages can be discussed during consultation process.
